MCA-I Yahoo! Groups have been in existance for some time. We will be migrating our eCommunity groups to MCA-I Forums and other services on our website at MCA-I.ORG. Our deadline for closing our Yahoo! Groups is not determined at this time. We will notify all the subscribers before we do. Meanwhile, here's the list and links for our Yahoo! Groups.
On the MCA-I Website - My User Groups
User Groups categorize and organize our members into meaningful groups for channeling communication such as newsletters and filtered content such as Articles or Calendar of Events. Think of them as Special Interest Groups. Members can choose to subscribe to more than one User Group such as Chapter Leaders, Board of Directors, etc. Select the User Groups you want to join by clicking on My User Groups on any Tendenci Toolbar. Chapter Web Administrators can create a User Group and distribute a newsletter to their members ( Help File).
Tendenci provides the functionality for us to create various forums and other services simular to Yahoo! Groups but with easier login. We will also be in control of our archives forever.
