MCA-I MediaPro Camp II coming to LA/OC

Based on the success of last year's all-day event, a capacity crowd is expected at the second annual MCAI MediaPro Camp on June 12, 2010. MediaPro Camp is an intensely productive series of professional roundtable discussions which provides for fabulous networking.

Participants in last year's event had this to say:
"Tons of information...liked the openness...sharing real-world knowledge...great people...everyone was helpful...made great connections...important networking, information and resources!...liked exchanging business ideas in non-threatening environment...liked people with knowledge to share...casual and friendly...loved the flexibility of discussions and groups."

While MCAI's MediaProCamp II is free, including morning coffee and lunch, you MUST pre-register on line to attend.
The professional collaboration attracts a number of well known industry leaders including some who have already expressed their intention to be there, including:

Marcelo Lewin, Founder of http://www.newmediawebinars.com/

Philip Hodgetts, master editor, author
www.IntelligentAssistance.com

Bruce Nazarian "The DVD Guy" and CEO of Digital Media Consulting Group www.dmcgi.com

James Mathers, Pres. Digital Cinema Society www.digitalcinemasociety.org

Mark Pavlovich, talent agent, CTA http://ctatalent.com

Janice Arrington Orange County Film Commissioner; Representatives of ASC -American Society of Cinematographers and others.
With multiple breakout sessions every hour, MCAI's MediaPro Camp II is an exciting cross-pollination of useful ideas, techniques and information. Participants create the topics for discussion on site and break into groups based on common interest. This creates intense professional collaboration since all working pros and have something to add to every conversation.

Interactivity between all of the participants guarantees a powerful experience for everyone. Bring your personal expertise (everybody contributes) and plenty of questions. Laptops are optional. You can create a topic for discussion and form a group...or sit in on any group/any topic you choose.

Location will again be Santa Ana College's Digital Media Center. Companies interested in sponsorship should contact John Coleman at: twinoakscom@cox.net
