MCA-I Announces New Reduced Membership Rates!

The MCA-I Board of Directors is reshaping your MCA-I with new member rates!

Based on feedback from chapters and the leadership team, the board has changed membership categories and reduced rates. They recognize that the media work force has shifted from those who primarily worked within corporate media departments to those who are in small businesses or work as independent contractors.

Here’s a summary of annual membership options:

$80 for independents or employees of small business, nonprofits, government agencies or educational institutions
$160 for a corporate membership (1 membership for a large company - non-transferrable)
$300 for a corporate group membership (3 members may be listed; additional transferrable members can be added for $100 each)
$40 for a student membership

(Final details on a new Educational Group Membership are being worked out.)

More details are on the website. This new rate structure for individuals is similar to what used to be a “local” membership rate. So if you have been putting off officially joining MCA-I, your time to Join is here!

It's now more affordable for those in related fields - such as graphic arts, motion graphics, web design - to join us as well. This change now connects more individuals to the international organization, which increases your visibility to our web site visitors. More members also brings in more benefits.
