			<title>In Memoriam: Edward Lee Collins</title>
			<description>  Edward Lee Collins passed away November 1, 2005 in Cary, North Carolina. Lee served as Director of Video Communications Services at N.C. State University until his retirement in 2003.  Lee was the first WebMaster of ITVA.ORG. He was also an active part of ITVA and MCA-I for many years, serving as the Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill chapter president in 1993, and as an ITVA Region 4 Vice-President in 1994-95. He was also involved in several Carolina Silver Reel Award committees, and webmaster of the RDC Chapter web site until 1998.
